1/2 Salad (the usual w/ no  70 cal  (?)
meat, no cheese)

Snack

A little bit of trailmix         40 cal (?)
1 chocolate egg                  15 cal

Dinner
The pasta wasn't soaked in alfredo sauce; it wasn't very wet.

Four cheese pasta (1 cup)  400 cal (?)         
Carrots                               20 cal
Black Beans                       55 cal (?)
Green Apple                       50 cal

Gym
Elliptical         73 min            600 cal
Walking          4.2 miles        350 cal
Yeah its a day late in posting but it should be fairly accurate.

Total     (1,877 + 950) - 840 =  1,987 calories burned

It seems like my food total would have added up to more calories though.
