Water Weight

A healthy water weight percentage will vary widely from person-to-person depending on factors such as age, sex and body composition. Because fat contains a lower percentage of water than muscle, the higher your muscle mass, the greater your percentage water weight will be. Most people contain between 50 and 60 percent water weight, according to the textbook "Sport Nutrition." Men tend to have a higher percentage of muscle than women, so a healthy, lean man may have a percentage closer to 60 percent water, while a healthy, lean woman may have a percentage closer to 50 percent.

How?  I worked out for two hours yesterday!  The first time I stepped on the scale it said 67.9 kg though.

Stupid brownies I ate.  I tried a laxative for the first time yesterday too and it did not seem to have any effect at all except for cramps and more urine.

Under 150 pounds, whoooooooooo!  Body fat went up and water weight went down though, hopefully that doesn't mean I'm losing muscle and not fat.

Stepped on the scale a bunch of times- first it said 153 than 148 then 150 a bunch of times.  These are the last numbers I got.  NEEDS TO BE LOWER!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was waaaaaaay too much food but I thought the exercise would balance it out.  Took a laxative before dinner but no effect yet (besides cramps).

Weighed myself three times.  The weight stayed the same but body fat was 25% than 24%.  Water weight was 51.2% then 52.5% so I went with the middle numbers from the last weighing in.

Back up sighhh.  But yesterday was ice cream and baked goods and the baked goods were eaten really late.  At least the other stats are better.

Chose the middle number.  The other two weigh-ins had the same weight but 24% and 23.5% body fat and 52.5% and 51.8% water weight.
