Plain and simple, I need to lose weight. You dear reader, can call me ThinkingThin. I hope shrink to at least 120 pounds (preferably lose more weight) by the end of the semester (2.5 months!) I want to be skinny but also healthy. I am starting this blog to track my progress and hopefully to inspire you to get healthy. I am ThinkingThin and OneDay, I will be Skinny. :)
Food Rules
I never drank soda before and at school I drink skim milk once a day and a lot of water for the rest of the time. I hardly ever eat bacon, french fries, salad dressing or mayo (including salads w/ mayo like potato salad).
Eat salad for one meal per day
Start eating more (green) vegetables
Eat more oatmeal
Foods Not to Eat and Limitations (during school)
NO CORN MUFFINS.............................. i really like these
NO CHEESEBURGERS.......................... usually don't order this
NO BACON............................................... i rarely eat this anyway
NO FRENCH FRIES................................ never had the fries here
NO (SODEXO) SOUP...............................used to get the soup but high cal
NO TEXAS TOAST/WHITE BREAD.... i only get wheat bread
NO CHICKEN PARM...............................i really like this
NO GRILLED CHEESE...........................rarely get this anymore
NO PEANUT BUTTER.............................i love this
NO SQUASH&CHEESE CASSEROLE..rarely get this
NO (SODEXO) MAC 'N CHEESE...........not even that good anyway
NO SUB SANDWICH................................stopped getting this
NO BREADSTICKS...................................comes with the salad
NO HAM......................................................rarely get this
NO FRIED CHICKEN...............................rarely get this
MASHED POTATOES...............................too salty at USC
NO LARGE COOKIES..................................stop getting this
PIZZA.........................................................only one slice allowed occasionally
CALZONE.................................................only allowed to eat half occasionally
OREOS.......................................................maximum of two per day
HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING............only allowed a tiny bit occasionally
MUFFINS...................................................only allowed three per week and only half at a time
BAGELS.....................................................only allowed half at a time and only occasionally
CHEESE.....................................................limit the amount of items with this; never in salad
CHICKEN TENDERS..............................only allowed once every two weeks; only 1 to 2 at a time
YOGURT...................................................only one per day (unless used to replace a meal)
BUTTER/VEGETABLE SPREAD.........use sparingly
BROWNIES...............................................only allowed occasionally
PASTA........................................................only allowed occasionally/only certain types

Peanut butter is good! It works for me when I have a sweet craving. Just no more than 1 Tbsp a day. And organic!
