3/14 End-of-Day Cal Count
Breakfast
So I used my breakfast meal plan to get milk, oreos, an apple and an empty cup to mix the shake in. I even told the cashier the cup was empty and then she rung it up and asked what else I was paying with. I knew my items costed LESS than the meal plan cost but for some reason I said "Bonus Bucks" because I always try to make things easier for other people. Soooooo I checked the receit after and she charged me for a coffee (half the meal plan cost!). I actually told her the mistake but since it was already rung up, she just told me to get some banana bread (which is worth less than the coffee) and it was only half a slice in there! And their version is higher calories than mine!

1 cup Spaghetti w/ 6 mini meatballs and sauce 221 cal + 210 cal (?)
1 Apple (chopped and put in spaghetti) 50 cal
1 Baked Potato w/ 1 packet saltine crackers 120 cal
1 calcium vitamin
Total Consumed: 1350
Exercise: Walking to class, 1.5 hours shopping, extra 20 min walking.
The Kashi cereal I bought today was on sale so I decided to get it. I've had some of their other cereals before with mixed reviews. This one tasted a bit similar to one I previously did not like but it actually wasn't that bad because you get used to it. Its very... nutty and grainy in flavor. Almost like a sesame seed taste but not really (because I don't like sesame seeds). It was very healthy tasting. Its just one of those things that you feel good eating instead of guilty or full.
