Plain and simple, I need to lose weight. You dear reader, can call me ThinkingThin. I hope shrink to at least 120 pounds (preferably lose more weight) by the end of the semester (2.5 months!) Breakfast
I wanted oatmeal but there wasn't any. :( The muffin was super delicious though but oh the calories.
Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin 250 - 300 cal
1/2 cup Strawberry Topping 120 (?)
Snack
Don't kid yourself by saying you'll only have a taste of something because before you know it, a taste becomes a quarter than half and before you know it, you're justifying eating the whole thing.
Cranberry-Orange Muffin 300 - 350 cal
(Late) Lunch
I love tilapia. It's so low in calories and its really tasty. The coconut brownies are amazing but I really should not have eaten the extra calories after the muffins. Regret it already.
Chile-rubbed Tilapia w/ 1/2 TBS ketchup and squeezed lemon 110 cal
Coconut Brownie 160 - 200 cal
Dinner
Chicken Melt w/ 1 TBS ketchup (small piece of chicken) 330 cal
1 packet saltine crackers 26 cal
1 Apple 45 cal
1 multivitamin
Snack
1/2 Fat Free Lemon Pie Yogurt 50 cal
Total: 1391 - 1561
Ugh, starting off the day with muffins was a bad idea. Muffin with strawberry topping leads to another muffin to a brownie, terrible. Refined sugar just makes you crave more refined sugar. Its a vicious, delicious, guilty cycle.
