Lunch

The yogurt parfait had whipped cream in it but I took it out since I don't really like whipped cream and I didn't want the extra calories.  But without the whipped cream, there was barely any yogurt so I put in a Honey-Vanilla Greek Yogurt.  For a healthy-sounding lunch, there was a lot of calories...  

Side Salad (Mandarin oranges, chickpeas,               45 cal
romaine, spinach, 1 TSP Honey Mustard)
Key Lime Yogurt Parfait w/ 1/4 cup granola,           170 cal + 113 cal +70 cal
1 TBSP chocolate chips)

Multivitamin

1/2 Cheese Calzone  (half length-wise of it was       250 cal (?)
 missing cheese)
Green Apple                                                                50 cal

Gym 
Elliptical  2 hours 10 minutes  1,168 calories burned

Total:   (1,168 + 1,877) - 877 = 2,168 burned
