Reward System

Sooooooooo since there is nothing much to do here or reward myself for weight loss besides food (which defeats the purpose entirely) I'm planning the milestone rewards for when the semester is over and see if there are any for here. The other problem for rewarding here is that I do not own a scale. Next time I go to Target, I'll see if they have any cheap ones.

This weight loss chart is based on a four pound per week loss which is a bit high but still fairly sensible so the final weight by the end of the semester should be around 118 pounds.
You guys might want to make a reward plan to. GO MOTIVATION! It'll get you excited about losing weight. Maybe hang up some pictures of your personal rewards by your computer, your fridge, your eating place. Heck, go ahead and hang them on the ceiling above your bed if you want.

  *Redone 04/5 after scale
I plan to stop wherever I am satisfied.  So for expample,  if my body looks good at 126 pounds then I can stop there and the rewards for the lesser weights apply for that weight.
